Hello there! We're Alex and Lauren, the hands behind The Salcombe Wool Company. As we balance our time between tending to our busy sheep farm and carefully preparing your orders, we want to be transparent about how we handle shipping.

Where We Ship

Currently, we primarily ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you're located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us directly to arrange shipping.

Shipping Costs

We believe in keeping things simple:

  • Orders under £50: £8.99 shipping fee
  • Orders over £50: FREE shipping

Delivery Timeline

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within 1-2 working days. We partner with DPD as our trusted courier to ensure your items reach you safely and promptly. Delivery times may vary during peak periods and holidays.

Processing Time

We generally dispatch orders the next business day after they're placed. Farm life keeps us busy, so occasionally there might be slight delays, but we work hard to get your package to you as soon as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Every package we send includes full tracking. As soon as your order leaves our farm, we'll email you a tracking code so you can follow your parcel's journey right to your doorstep.

Returns and Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
